The hotel's location close to a tram stop and public transport was ideal. The tram station was just a 2-minute walk away, making it convenient to reach the city center. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were always cheerful and were really good too assist me. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was near a tram station and easy to get to by tram or Metro. Although it was in a quiet area with not many eating places nearby, the tram station provided easy access to other parts of the city for dining options. the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with tram tickets and early check-in.
The noise from outside the hotel, particularly from people smoking and talking loudly, disturbed the peace and quiet during the stay.

Despite arriving earlier than check-in time, he were really nice too make us feel comfortable, serving us espresso and raspberry pastries while we waited. His helpfulness extended to marking a city map for us and providing detailed directions for navigating Amsterdam's public transportation system.

The WiFi connection was poor, making it difficult to use our phones, tablet, and other devices. The breakfast options were very limited and not very appetizing, leaving us wanting more variety and quality.
