The hotel's location close to a tram stop and public transport was ideal. The tram station was just a 2-minute walk away, making it convenient to reach the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were always cheerful and went above and beyond to assist me. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was near a tram station and easy to get to by tram or Metro. Although it was in a quiet area with not many eating places nearby, the tram station provided easy access to other parts of the city for dining options. the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with tram tickets and early check-in.

The noise from outside the hotel, particularly from people smoking and talking loudly, disturbed the peace and quiet during the stay.

This hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood just south of the city center, making it a peaceful and convenient place to stay. The rooms, with 2 single beds, are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and restful environment. One standout feature is the copious water in the bathroom, ensuring a refreshing experience. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast, included in the room rate, is superb, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

The highlight of our stay at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - South was the warm and welcoming hospitality of Liam Berry. Despite arriving earlier than check-in time, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, serving us espresso and raspberry pastries while we waited. His helpfulness extended to marking a city map for us and providing detailed directions for navigating Amsterdam's public transportation system. We truly appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness throughout our stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a romantic escape. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The WiFi connection was extremely poor, making it difficult to use our phones, tablet, and other devices. the breakfast options were very limited and not very appetizing, leaving us wanting more variety and quality.
